The Costs:
The beauty of our service is that we customize your tour to conform to your budget constraints. Just call us and we'll put together a tour package that works for you.

Transportation:
We provide the most reasonably priced and reliable carriers in your area. We'll send you a quote on your choice of transportation at your request. Add this quote to your tour cost and you'll have the TOTAL cost of your tour package.

Deposit and Final Payment:
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required immediately after booking your tour. This deposit, of course, forms part of your final payment. At the time of booking, we'll send you our Tour Agreement and a Rooming List form. All reservations are made when signed Tour Agreement and deposit are received. Balance of payment and a completed rooming list are due 45 days before your departure date. Upon receipt, we'll send you the final itinerary and final instructions. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days before the departure date, after which time a $20.00 per paying person cancellation fee will apply..

CAPITAL CITY STUDENT TOURS, the tour operator and its agents act only as agents for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing, tours and transportation. As agents, they are not responsible for any delays,delayed departure or arrival, missed connections, loss, damage, injury to person or property, or any other conditions beyond our control.
